Annual Gertens Flower Sale / Team Fee

Pony Nation - Spring is on the way! This means it is time for our Gertens Plant /Flower/Vegetable/Gift Card Sale

Our Annual Gertens Spring Fundraiser supports all levels of the Program (High School, Middle School, and Youth).

Last year we sold $27,684.  This year we have a goal of beating our 2022 total of $36,152 by 6% for a total of $39,000!

We will need everyone’s help to do that.

Our Gertens Site Opens Thursday, February 15th, and will close at 10 PM on Monday, April 1st.

We are picking up printed brochures on Thursday and will have them available on the medical cart starting with the youth practice.

* Gertens will not accept late orders past the deadline.

**PLEASE NOTE: Quantities are limited on fundraiser items. If an item sells out, it will be marked sold out on our website. Your customers should shop directly on the site and enter their personal information and orders.

Our Delivery Date is scheduled for May 16th. Orders will be delivered to: Peltier’s House (Address: 10520 118th Street North (Stillwater, MN 55082)

We will have the orders ready for pick up on Friday, May 17th from 9 am - 5 pm, Saturday, May 18th from 7 am - 5 pm, and Sunday, May 19th from 7 am – 1 pm.

We will ask for Volunteers a little closer to the dates. Last year we needed help unloading, sorting, and delivering. 

Attached is a sheet that our top seller, the Hartung Family, sends out via email to help them sell amazing amounts of flowers.

If you feel like you need help delivering your flowers please reach out and ask the Peltier family will find a way to get these flowers to your customers.

The Stillwater community has many loyal supporters who look forward to this fundraiser every year. The exclusive online ordering process along with delivering directly to our customer's door makes this fundraising opportunity as easy as possible for all to get involved and support our wrestling program.

Stillwater Area Wrestling (SAW) currently has TWO Major Fundraisers each year - Our August Golf Tournament and Our Spring Gertens Sale. Our Booster Club makes monetary commitments to pay ELITE coaches, keep our FACILITIES top-notch, purchase GEAR, and make the experience for our kids the BEST AROUND!

PLEASE READ! SAW FUNDRAISING PLATFORM FOR 2024-2025 - PLEASE READ!

We are requiring 100% Fundraising Participation from our SAW families. Our program is Thriving and we need EVERYONE to contribute to the CAUSE! Registration fees for the 2024-2025 season (next year) will reflect fundraiser participation contributions.

Each Family is REQUIRED to raise a minimum of $300 between our two fundraisers. This means selling Flowers, Finding Golf Sponsors and Sponsoring as a Family.

Credit breakdowns for Each Fundraiser:

Gertens Spring Fundraiser:

· You earn 15% on Plant Cards Sold

· You earn 30% for All Other Items Sold (Plants, Flowers, Vegetables, Etc.)

August Golf Outing:

· You earn 100% of any Hole Sponsorships (Excluding Raffle Sponsorships)

YOUTH WRESTLERS: Next Year's Registration Fee will reflect your Fundraising efforts this Spring & Summer.....If you raise $300 you will be charged the base Registration Fee......if you fall short your Registration Fee will reflect the shortfall.

MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL WRESTLERS: The Team Fee will reflect your Fundraising Efforts this Spring & Summer.

We will notify families of their fundraising status. The two fundraising events offer a way for our families to keep their Registration price as low as possible. Whether you choose to take advantage of the opportunity is your choice, however, we are being transparent - Next year's registration cost will reflect your Contributions this Spring and Summer!

*If you are interested in serving on one of our Booster Club Sub-Committees, those who serve are credited for their efforts.
